- Meet and greet with fellow learning and development leaders.
- Introduction to the day’s events and objectives.

9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Session 1 - Foundations of Brain-Based Learning

- Introduction to neuroscience principles relevant to learning and development.
- Exploration of the AGES model and the science of insight
- Overview of how the brain processes information and the implications for learning design.

10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: Morning Break

- Refreshments and networking.

10:45 AM - 12:15 PM: Session 2 - Designing Engaging Learning Experiences

- Techniques for creating brain-friendly learning materials.
- Exploration of FACT Model (Fluency, Amount, Coherence and Timing)
- Interactive workshop: Applying brain-based principles to real-world training scenarios.

12:15 PM - 1:15 PM: Lunch Break

- Networking and informal discussions.

1:15 PM - 2:45 PM: Session 3 - Facilitation Techniques for Optimal Learning

- Strategies for effectively facilitating sessions that engage and retain attention.
- Role-playing exercises to practice and refine facilitation skills.

2:45 PM - 3:00 PM: Afternoon Break

- Refreshments and light snacks.

3:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Session 4 - Measuring Impact and Learning Transfer

- Tools and methods for assessing the effectiveness of training programs.
- Learning that sticks: sustainment and behavior change measurement over time.
- Discussion on ensuring knowledge transfer and application post-training.

4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Closing Remarks and Q&A

- Recap of key learnings from the day.
- Open floor for questions and final networking.
