- The science of learning is explored through NLI’s AGES model.
- Participants will learn about the research supporting the four pillars: Attention, Generation, Emotion, and Spacing.
- Discussion will focus on how to operationalize these pillars across both design and facilitation.

Session 2: Insight and social learning over time
Session 2: Insight and social learning over time
- Participants will hear the latest research on the science of insight.
- The impact of social learning and effective methods to apply it will be discussed.
- Leveraging spacing in learning design will be explored.
- Pros and cons of each concept will be considered in the context of design and facilitation.

Session 3: Brain-based principles for all types of learning
Session 3: Brain-based principles for all types of learning
- A critical discussion will be held on various types of learning approaches and options.
- Each approach will be evaluated based on ease of use, outcomes, and its alignment with AGES.
- Participants will workshop a current project in small groups, integrating their learning and developing a forward action plan.
- Tools and methods for assessing the effectiveness of training programs will be introduced.

She has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Neuroscience of Leadership and holds a Degree in Business Administration.
