Insight and social learning over time
  • Discover the latest research on the science of insight.
  • Explore the impact of social learning and effective methods to apply it
  • Learn how to leverage spacing in learning design.
  • Analyse the Pros and cons of each concept in the context of design and facilitation.

Brain-based principles for all types of learning
  • Critically analyse and compare different learning approaches and their available options..
  • Evaluate each learning approach in terms of usability, effectiveness, and alignment with the AGES model.
  • Apply your learning to a current project, collaborate on insights, and develop a strategic action plan.
  • Learn how to use various tools and methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

As Head of Corporate Solutions and Education Facilitation at NLI EMEA, Marcia ensures the highest standards of delivery while driving deeper learner insight. With over 30 years of Board-level experience across Sales, Marketing, and Client Development in Financial Services, Management Consultancy, and Recruitment, she brings a wealth of expertise to every workshop. Marcia is also an Executive Coach with over 4,000 coaching hours and a qualified Coach Supervisor. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership and a Degree in Business Administration.
