Brain-Based Coaching Toolkit

Building on Brain-Based Conversation Skills®, the Brain-Based Coaching Toolkit® (BBCT®) takes you from having powerful conversations to running them with real depth and structure.

Over 12 weeks, you'll learn to manage full coaching engagements: from the initial contracting conversation through to completion. You'll deepen your understanding of the neuroscience behind goals, habits, feedback, and decision-making, and gain practical tools for navigating the real challenges that arise when you're helping others grow.

With 10 hours of integrated mentoring and a performance evaluation built into the programme, BBCT® completes the Brain-Based Coaching Certificate® and meets the core requirements for ICF Level 1 / ACC credentialing.
