International Coaching Federation (ICF)
Our coaching programmes are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world's leading organisation for professional coaches.
Depending on the courses you complete, our programmes can provide:
- ICF Level 1 accreditation, including mentor coaching and performance evaluation—preparing you to apply for the ACC credential once you have met ICF's coaching experience requirements.
- Coach education hours that can count towards ICF credentials (ACC, PCC, MCC) via the portfolio route, or towards renewal of your existing credential.
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate and a digital badge from Credly, which can be displayed on your email signature, marketing materials, and LinkedIn profile.
Society for Human Resource Management
Our Brain-Based Coaching Certificate and Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership programmes are recognised by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for professional development. SHRM is one of the world’s largest HR professional bodies, with members in over 165 countries. Credits earned through these programmes can be applied toward SHRM‑CP and SHRM‑SCP recertification.
