Alka is a multi-lingual Legal and HR professional with over 30 years of experience designing and implementing policies on global international assignments within the EMEA and Greater Asia regions. A strong advocate of inclusion and diversity initiatives in the workplace, she works on women and the future of work career returnee programs in Singapore. Her specialty is the ability to bridge communication and leadership across borders through applied neuroscience and cross-cultural psychology. She is a professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and Senior Practitioner, European Individual Accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Over the years, Alka has worked with a diverse range of nationalities; multinational organisations; educational institutions; military personnel; entrepreneurs; start-ups and non-profits on career, global mobility and performance management solutions.

Aurora is a brain-based and psychodynamic leadership development specialist, facilitator and executive/team coach with extensive prior global leadership experience in tech product management and marketing for companies like Microsoft, Optus and the Vodafone Group. She uses a multi-disciplinary, systemic, human-centered and results-driven approach in working with clients including Bank of America, HP, Jardine Matheson, QBE, GSMA, Cathay Pacific and Microsoft. Passionate about human capital and its strategic value to organisational success, her interests lie in the intersection of organisational culture, behavioural change, motivation, EQ, collective intelligence and adaptive leadership.

Coach Jason has been involved in designing and facilitating high quality Leadership, Management, and professional skills programs for over 18 years. Prior to starting his own leadership development company – Accelerate Leadership, Jason led the Asia region for Mannaz - a Danish Leadership Consultancy. Jason also worked for the corporate university of an investment bank in Hong Kong and prior to that in facilitating leadership development programs for a major retail bank in Australia. Jason is passionate about seeing organisations and individuals review their current practices in the face of unprecedented change, challenge their current thinking and find better ways of being, managing, and leading. In 2017 he gave the keynote speech on ‘Preparing your leaders for a multi-speed digitally disrupted world’ at the Training and Development Conference.

Kendra has two decades of Leadership Training and Executive Coaching experience and has partnered at CEO and senior management level for organisations such as; Microsoft, CBA, KPMG, Boston Consulting Group, IAG, Intel, ResMed and The Australian Taxation Office. Kendra is the Head of Learning in APAC for The NeuroLeadership Institute and a Master Facilitator. Having anchored our global Brain Based Coach Training for over 10 years Kendra is a subject matter expert in coaching, and well known within the community for her skill, authenticity and passion. Kendra’s specialty is applied neuroscience, how brain science impacts leadership, decision making, engagement and performance. Her style is ‘edutainer’, therefore audiences can expect to be inspired, challenged and championed.

Leeanne has held a number of Senior Executive roles in corporate organisations. In 2010, Leeanne completed the "Results Coach Training System" certification through the NeuroLeadership Institute and has been a trainer with NLI since then. Most recently, Leeanne completed the Certificate Course in the “Foundations of NeuroLeadership” and Certified as a SEI Emotional Intelligence Assessor through the worlds largest not-for-profit Emotional Intelligence Agency, Six Seconds. Today, Leeanne is passionate about coaching individuals, Business owners and Executives to unlock personal and professional potential and growth. Her impressive Coaching client portfolio includes well known companies such as Smartline, ANZ Bank, IAG/ Vero Insurance, Qantas, AMP, Woolworths, Dolby, Starbucks and Ministry of Social Development and Support, Maritime New Zealand just to name a few.

Lisa Gaines is a Leadership and Team Coach and Facilitator who has coached and trained thousands of people across the globe since 2010. Lisa enjoys working with clients from a variety of organisations and industries including, L&D, Medical and Dental, Government, IT, Banking and NGO’s. Lisa is a Coach Trainer and Mentor who has expertise in coaching psychology, performance psychology, neuroscience, change management and stress reduction. She is an accredited facilitator of the EQi 2.0 tool for individual and 360 reports. Leadership Development and Team Communication are her forte, and Lisa is passionate about improving psychological safety, emotional intelligence and enhancing communication in teams. Lisa has been described as an extremely engaging, inspiring and informative trainer, who brings positive energy and a high level of communication skills, creating an uplifting and effective learning experience for all.

Mary is an exciting and motivating facilitator, coach and an excellent communicator across all business levels drawing from an enviable background with over 20 years experience in human resources. Mary facilitates practices which enable individuals and organisations to deepen their learning, strengthen relationships and appreciate diverse perspectives. Her ability to engage and empower employees to adopt new behaviours and implement change is apparent in all her projects, while her energy and techniques inspire new ideas and act as a catalyst for business excellence. Mary has worked with junior to senior level management for organisations such as ANZ Bank, ING, Australia Post, David Jones, Vodafone, Lend Lease, Freehills, CBA, Swiss Re, Masterfoods, Mortgage Choice, APRA, Foxtel, NSW Lotteries, Westpac, ALDI.

Nelly carries fifteen years of corporate experience working withinternational financial institutions and managing financialportfolio. She helped individuals and organisations achieved theirpeak performance through self-awareness, motivation andrealizing their purpose. Her clients range from multinationals inSingapore, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Vietnam, UnitedKingdom to non-profit institutions in Singapore.In the course of her work, Nelly discovered the importance of having the integration between the mindand the heart. This insight revealed the essential brain functioning which led her pursuing the study ofNeuroscience. She provides values to her clients by bringing her authenticity, humility and excitement increating sparks in people.

Tia Chakravarty has over 20 years experience as a corporate facilitator and internationally credentialled coach in the areas of leadership, communication and innovative thinking, underpinned by neuroscience and positive psychology principles. She specialises in partnering with people leaders to create inclusive, empowering conversations and team cultures. Having come from a senior leadership position with a diverse technical team, responsible for end to end product development, Tia has first-hand experience of leading a Trans-Tasman team with a focus on delivering multiple projects through collaboration and innovative thinking. As a seasoned NLI lead facilitator, Tia has delivered a wide variety of their programs over the years, either virtually or face to face, across multiple industries and organisations, throughout Asia Pacific and beyond. She has a reputation of creating a safe and engaging learning environment. Bringing the neuroscience to life with practical examples and authenticity. A UK born Anglo-Indian, she has lived in New Zealand since 1996. Tia is passionate about supporting experienced and first-time leaders to lead authentically and to draw on the diversity and strengths of their teams to make a positive difference to engagement, performance and culture.
