A strong advocate of inclusion and diversity initiatives in the workplace, she works on women and the future of work career returnee programs in Singapore. Her specialty is the ability to bridge communication and leadership across borders through applied neuroscience and cross-cultural psychology. She is a professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and Senior Practitioner, European Individual Accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Over the years, Alka has worked with a diverse range of nationalities; multinational organisations; educational institutions; military personnel; entrepreneurs; start-ups and non-profits on career, global mobility and performance management solutions.

Coach Jason has been involved in designing and facilitating high quality Leadership, Management, and professional skills programs for over 18 years. Prior to starting his own leadership development company – Accelerate Leadership, Jason led the Asia region for Mannaz - a Danish Leadership Consultancy. Jason also worked for the corporate university of an investment bank in Hong Kong and prior to that in facilitating leadership development programs for a major retail bank in Australia. Jason is passionate about seeing organisations and individuals review their current practices in the face of unprecedented change, challenge their current thinking and find better ways of being, managing, and leading. In 2017 he gave the keynote speech on ‘Preparing your leaders for a multi-speed digitally disrupted world’ at the Training and Development Conference.

Kendra’s specialty is applied neuroscience, how brain science impacts leadership, decision making, engagement and performance.
