Bret Freeman is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and faculty member at the NeuroLeadership Institute, where he facilitates the Brain-Based Coaching Certificate and other professional development programmes. Specialising in leadership development, cultural change, and applied neuroscience, Bret works with senior leaders across professional services, finance, technology, and military organisations in over 20 countries. An alumnus of the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme with certifications from MIT Sloan and the ICF, he is also a Distinguished Toastmaster and featured TEDx speaker.
Lyn Page is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and faculty member at the NeuroLeadership Institute, where she manages education teams and facilitates the Brain-Based Coaching Certificate programme. With over 25 years of experience across finance, regulatory bodies, and leadership development, Lyn has successfully guided teams through change in diverse, multi-cultural environments. She brings approximately 3,000 coaching hours and 400 mentoring hours to her work, holding credentials with the ICF and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
Christopher Samsa is a Positive Psychologist and Master Certified Coach (MCC) specialising in applied neuroscience and behavioural change. A faculty member at the NeuroLeadership Institute for over 20 years, he facilitates professional development programmes and has trained over 2,000 individuals globally in ICF-accredited coaching. Christopher also teaches at Ashridge Business School and Cranfield University, and has conducted research on growth work with the University of Aston. He previously held senior leadership roles in advertising and communications, and served on the Board of Directors of the UK ICF.
Marina Gunter is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Results Certified Coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute, where she serves as a highly valued mentor and faculty member. With a background in mathematical sciences, Marina holds certifications in MBTI, Neurozone, Gallup CliftonStrengths, Enneagram, and other leading methodologies. Her influence extends beyond coaching—she has shaped national legislation as an ambassador for Business Unity South Africa and through roles with the National Skills Authority and education boards. Marina works with clients across technology, finance, and engineering sectors.
Nicola O'Sullivan is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and faculty member at the NeuroLeadership Institute, where she has trained and supported coaches globally since 2011. With over 18 years of experience in psychology and further education, Nicola currently serves as Head of Psychology at a large educational establishment and works as an Assistant Psychologist within the NHS. She specialises in coaching within education and healthcare sectors, holding a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and membership with the British Psychological Society and its Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
Dr. Maryam Bigdeli is a behavioural neuroscientist, Master Certified Coach (MCC), and lead facilitator at the NeuroLeadership Institute. With a Ph.D. in Neuroscience of Leadership and an Executive MBA in Global Leadership, she brings over 20 years of experience and 2,500+ coaching hours to boards and senior teams. Bilingual in English and German, Dr. Bigdeli has worked with leaders across 25+ countries in finance, engineering, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors. She is a keynote speaker and contributor to leading business schools including London Business School, known for her energetic and engaging delivery style.
