Ms. Page is a Coach, with around 1,000 coaching hours and over 400 Coach Mentoring hours. She holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation, and the European Individual Accreditation (EIA) at Practitioner level credential with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

In addition to extensive study in the field of Behavioural Psychology, he is also a graduate of the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme and holds Certificates in Neuroscience for Business from the MIT Sloan School of Management and in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute. Mr. Freeman is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and currently serves on the UK ICF Board of Directors as the Director of Thought Leadership. Ms. O’Sullivan qualified as an NLI coach (formally Results Coaching Systems) in 2003 and has trained and supported new NLI Coaches globally since 2011. In addition to her role at NLI, Ms. O’Sullivan has over eighteen years’ experience in the field of Psychology and Further Education. Leading on the quality monitoring processes involved in all aspects of delivery of the curriculum and contributing to the development of learning and teaching initiatives. Ms. O’Sullivan is currently Head of Psychology at a large educational establishment, lecturing Psychology to young adults to help them reach their full potential. Ms. O’Sullivan specialises in coaching in Education and recently expanded this to the Health Care sector, where she is an Assistant Psychologist within the NHS.Ms. O’Sullivan holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), having coached for over sixteen years. Ms. O’Sullivan also has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Psychology (2:1) and is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Special Group in Coaching Psychology (SGCP).
