What are the prerequisites?
You'll need two things: completion of Brain-Based Conversation Skills (BBCS) and 50 hours of individual coaching experience.
Recommended path: Complete the full Brain-Based Coaching Certification (which includes BBCS), then add this team coaching specialisation.
Experienced coaches (PCC/MCC): You can join with just BBCS if you have extensive coaching credentials and experience. BBCS ensures familiarity with our neuroscience-based coaching approach.
How much time will this require each week?
Plan for 3-4 hours per week over 12 weeks (37 hours total):
- 17.5 hours of live facilitated sessions (8 workshops + 2 practice labs)

What ICF credentials will I earn?
You'll earn 37 ICF CCE units: 33 Core Competency hours and 4 Resource Development hours, accredited against ICF Team Coaching Competencies. Perfect for credential renewals or building towards your team coaching credential.
Is this suitable for internal coaches and L&D professionals?
Yes. The programme works equally well for internal coaches, external consultants, and L&D professionals who facilitate team development. The frameworks are adaptable to both organisational and client contexts.
Do I need to find my own team to practice with?
Yes. You'll source and coach a team of 4-8 people for your "In the Field" practice sessions. We provide guidance during orientation on how to identify and engage an appropriate team, and you'll schedule these sessions flexibly around your commitments.
