The Brain-Based Coaching Certificate® equips you with a complete coaching methodology grounded in how the brain actually processes information, generates insight, and changes behaviour.
Most coaching training teaches techniques. The BBCC goes further: it gives you a deep understanding of the neuroscience behind why people get stuck, and what it takes to turn good intentions into lasting change. You'll learn to apply practical, evidence-based frameworks that help others develop new habits, skills, and behaviours that last.
Developed over 25 years and taught to more than 25,000 graduates across six continents, the programme is ICF Level 1 accredited and delivered in dedicated EMEA cohorts. Whether you're coaching in the workplace, building a professional practice, or looking to transform how you lead and develop others, the BBCC provides a structured, science-backed path to get there.
Your Programme at a Glance
The Brain-Based Coaching Certificate® combines live facilitated sessions with structured self-directed learning, delivered in dedicated EMEA cohorts by practitioners with deep backgrounds in neuroleadership, organisational development, and executive coaching.
The programme begins with Brain-Based Conversation Skills® (BBCS): 8 modules, 30 ICF-accredited hours, and a standalone certificate for any leader or professional. Continue with the Brain-Based Coaching Toolkit® (BBCT) to complete the full certificate: 12 further modules, integrated mentoring, performance evaluation, and the pathway to ICF Level 1 / ACC credentialing. There's more to each stage than a summary can capture.
