Transform Your Coaching with Neuroscience
Master the Results Coaching System™ with brain-based techniques proven to drive lasting change
Why Brain-Based Coaching Works
Traditional coaching relies on intuition and experience. Brain-based coaching leverages 20+ years of neuroscience research through our Results Coaching System™ to create predictable, measurable outcomes.
The Science in Action: The Dance of Insight™
Most coaches tell clients what to do. Brain-based coaches facilitate insight through a structured process—Permission, Placement, Questioning, and Clarifying—that enables clients to generate their own solutions.
The Mechanism: When clients generate their own insights, the brain releases dopamine and creates new neural pathways. Research shows self-generated insights are significantly more likely to drive lasting behaviour change than external advice.
The Application: You'll learn structured models like the Dance of Insight™, CREATE Model™, and REVIEW Model™ to facilitate breakthrough moments systematically—not accidentally.
Process-Focused & Outcome-Driven
The Results Coaching System™ integrates neuroscience with positive psychology, adult learning theory, and change theories. You'll have clearly articulated processes to deliver measurable results.
Proven Track Record
Since 1998, over 25,000 graduates across 40+ countries have used this methodology. The ICF reports a 70% increase in individual performance from executive coaching programmes.
Differentiation in a Crowded Market
Stand out from 71,000 ICF-certified coaches globally. The neuroscience foundation gives you credibility with analytical leaders and science-minded organisations.

"Being a change agent makes it obvious how important it is to understand the intricacies of the brain in order to support positive cognition leading to the right behaviour. Important Considerations
No Prior Experience Required
The BBCS is designed for both new and experienced coaches. Our evidence-based approach gives you replicable tools from day one. For the full certificate, you'll complete coaching practice hours with structured guidance.
Time Commitment
The programme requires a consistent 3-4 hours per week and is designed to fit around full-time work. We recommend ensuring you have capacity to fully engage before enrolling.
Practical Application Focus
Brain-Based Coaching emphasizes how to lead coaching conversations. If you're seeking deeper academic theory, our Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership (CFN) may be a better fit.
Flexible Path Options
Start with BBCS as a standalone course to test the approach, or enrol in the full certificate for ICF Level 1 accreditation. Any completed work counts if you upgrade later.
Not Sure Which Path Is Right for You?
We're happy to discuss whether BBCS, the full BBCC, or CFN best aligns with your goals.
Speak with an Education ConsultantFrequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the programme
Do I need prior coaching experience to enrol?
No. The BBCS is designed for both new and experienced coaches. Our evidence-based approach and proprietary coaching models give you the tools to elevate your practice and sharpen your skills. For the full certificate, you'll complete coaching practice hours with structured guidance and support.
How is this different from other ICF-accredited programmes?
Most coaching programmes teach you models and hope you develop intuition. We teach you the neuroscience behind why specific approaches work, giving you a replicable, evidence-based framework. This scientific grounding creates confidence in your coaching and credibility with clients—particularly analytical leaders who are sceptical of "soft skills" approaches.
What's the time commitment whilst working full-time?
BBCS and BBCT are delivered in flexible formats with live sessions, online work, and individual mentoring. BBCS runs 4–8 weeks (approximately 10 hours self-paced work after last session). BBCT runs 12 weeks, with mentoring and performance evaluation scheduled after the final live sessions. Weekly commitment is 3–4 hours. All sessions are timed for EMEA time zones (GMT/BST).
What are the completion requirements?
BBCS requires 90% attendance at live sessions and 90% completion of self-study modules. The full certificate additionally requires 100% completion of 15 coaching practice hours, 6 mentor coaching sessions, and passing a final performance evaluation. Current pass rate is 94%.
Can I upgrade from BBCS to the full certificate later?
Most participants enrol in the full certificate programme, but you can start with BBCS as a standalone course. It comes with its own ICE-accredited certificate worth 30 credits, and any completed work counts toward the full programme if you choose to upgrade later.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund available if you withdraw within 14 days of programme start and have attended no more than one session. After that, no refunds, but you can defer to a future cohort within 12 months at no charge.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available for the full certificate, with 3 and 6 month options. Please contact the Education Team for further information.
