Brain-Based Coaching Toolkit
The Brain-Based Toolkit® (BBT®) builds upon the foundational skills acquired during the Brain Based Conversation Skills®. It introduces advanced, research-based tools and techniques for effective coaching in workplace and private settings, all grounded in neuroscience.
Throughout the BBT®, you will deepen your understanding of the neuroscience behind insight-driven coaching conversations, goal-setting, and habit-building, empowering you to facilitate meaningful interactions that yield tangible results. You will also learn to guide coaching engagements over time and integrate tools that enhance the coaching experience, fostering personal and professional growth.
Additionally, the BBT® includes the 10 hours of mentoring and performance assessment required for ICF Level 1 certification.
