Brain-Based Coaching Toolkit
The Brain-Based Coaching Toolkit (BBCT) builds on the core capabilities developed in the Brain-Based Conversation Skills program. It introduces advanced, research-informed tools and techniques for effective coaching in both workplace and private contexts, all underpinned by neuroscience.
Throughout the BBCT, you will strengthen your understanding of the science behind insight-driven conversations, goal setting, and habit formation. This will equip you to facilitate meaningful coaching interactions that deliver measurable outcomes. You will also gain the skills to guide coaching engagements over time and apply tools that enrich the coaching experience, supporting both personal and professional growth.
The BBCT also incorporates the 10 hours of mentoring and performance assessment required to achieve ICF Level 1 certification.
