With over 30 years of Board-level experience across Sales, Marketing, and Client Development in Financial Services, Management Consultancy, and Recruitment, she brings a wealth of expertise to every workshop. Marcia is also an Executive Coach with over 4,000 coaching hours and a qualified Coach Supervisor. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership and a Degree in Business Administration.
