Program Structure

As a participant in the CFN Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership, you should expect to commit approximately 3-4 hours every week over the course of six months to work through the four modules of the program.
Each week, you'll complete the following.

Recorded Webinars

This virtual course offers participants the opportunity to learn from wherever they are without having to travel or take time away from their everyday work. To begin the week's lesson, you'll visit our online learning platform and follow the link to a prerecorded webinar.

Watching these sessions will teach you the foundational skills of neuroscience and how they interact with leadership.

Additional Readings and Resources

In addition to weekly recorded webinars, participants will also have access to reading materials and resources related to each lesson. While the recorded webinars have a set time, the additional reading materials are always available. You can access them at whatever time works best for your schedule.

These additional resources and readings will allow you to build on what you learned in your webinar, diving deeper into the concepts.

Debrief Telecalls With Professor

At the NeuroLeadership Institute, we know that effective learning requires more than weekly webinars and reading. To truly solidify your new knowledge, we encourage you to participate in a live weekly debrief virtual with our leading professors. During these 45-minute calls, you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions that may have come up during the week.

Weekly telecalls are scheduled twice per week to accommodate participants from around the world. Additional calls can be scheduled as needed for courses with high participant volumes.
