Our Brain-Based Coaching programs are designed for you to achieve an internationally recognized coaching credential to enable your success as a professional coach.
We have partnered with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) who is the world's largest organization of professional coaches, to formally accredit our Brain-Based Coaching programs. Our training provides you with a total of 76.5 hrs in Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units to fulfill the training portion of any level (ACC, PCC, or MCC) of the ICF accreditation process via the Portfolio Pathway. Below are the steps required to achieve the Associate Certified Coach credential.
These should be logged by you as you complete them and include a mix of paid and unpaid coaching. You can find a template to use and more information on this, on the ICF’s website HERE.
3 of these hours must be individual mentoring sessions, the remaining 7 can be as part of a group.
This is simply a coaching session that you record and attach to your ICF application, in order for them to be able to evaluate your coaching skills and experience based on the 11 ICF Core Competencies, which can be found HERE. Alternatively, you can complete the RCC Assessment shared below and use this as part of your submission.
This is a multiple choice assessment which is set and administered by the ICF directly and which you will be connected to once you apply for your ACC credential. More information on the Coach Knowledge Assessment can be found on the ICF’s website HERE.
Benchmark your skills as a trained coach and lift your credibility to coach professionally as soon as you have completed the Brain-Based Coaching Certificate. This is an optional assessment that evaluates your coaching skills based on the ICF Core Competencies for coaching.
