Brain-Based Team Coaching™

Begins 22nd September 2026

Team coaching is one of the fastest-growing disciplines in the coaching profession.

As organisations navigate hybrid work, complex collaboration, and rapid change, demand for skilled team coaches significantly outpaces supply.  Respond to this demand with evidence-based frameworks for team dynamics, psychological safety, conflict, and performance.

Over 12 weeks, you'll learn neuroscience-informed models, practice in peer groups, and coach a real team - earning 37 ICF CCE units in the process.
