About Our HR and L&D Coaching Programs for Individuals

The NeuroLeadership Institute Programs for Individuals uses science-backed teaching to help professionals develop powerful skills for long-term change. We offer two separate programs that can benefit HR and L&D professionals — Brain-Based Coaching (BBC) and Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership (CFN). 

Our BBC program applies a neuroscience lens to coaching. HR and L&D professionals can use the skills taught in this course to drive change within their teams and develop more effective motivational practices. We give you the foundational tools to build unique insights for your team, workplace and create personalized methods for success. BBC completion also contributes to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification.

The CFN program examines the theoretical relationship between neuroscience and leadership. This program is valuable to any professional looking to improve their leadership, interpersonal, and management skills. When you complete your CFN training, you can contribute to your certification with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

    We offer 30 BBC programs and three CFN workshops each year. You can find a range of time slots and additional resources for each course and make our programs work for you. Our CFN workshops are available globally, and we provide our BBC programs in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), North America and Latin America.
